I was trying to pick up a few items, but some of them were out of stock. I’m not sure if it was just bad timing, but the restock seemed to take longer than I expected

I was a little unsure at first, so I compared it with other reviews and photos people posted. The item looked authentic to me, the tags and packaging seemed to match up, and nothing really felt off. If yours looks the same, I’d say it checks out. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I used Rich and Luxe and liked that the prices were shown upfront. No weird extra fees popping up at checkout or anything, which was a relief lol. Made the whole thing easier cause I didn’t have to keep guessing what the total would be...

I ordered from Rich and Luxe and, to be fair, the product did eventually show up, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But the delivery estimate wasn’t very clear, and it arrived a few days later than I thought it would. If a company takes your money upfront, I think it’s only right that they’re honest and clear about when you can expect your order.

The tracking barely updated, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. Customer service did reply when I reached out, so I’ll give them credit for that, but overall the delivery just didn’t feel dependable. Not the worst experience, but I’d hesitate to call it reliable.
